What we've done, where we're going

We started in 2022 in Lakeland, FL as County Line Concepts, a driven, people centered operation built on leadership, development, and long-term opportunity. What began as a single location quickly gained momentum as our team grew and our vision expanded.

In 2024, we took a major step by launching into South Carolina. That move opened the doors to larger partnerships and the ability to scale the right way. Within a short time, we established three thriving locations across the state, each built through strong culture, high standards, and consistent performance.

Looking ahead, our growth is far from slowing down. With our 4th and 5th South Carolina locations already scheduled to open in 2026, we are entering our fourth year stronger than ever and preparing for the next chapter of expansion.

What started as one small team has evolved into a multi-market organization with a clear vision: build leaders, build opportunity, and continue growing year after year.
